3 things to know when selecting a plane seat

Seat selection service is yet another thing that you should know about before you board any flight from the airline. In simple words, it means that you can easily choose a seat of your liking before you board the plane. The seat where you sit in the flight plays a major role in determining whether you had a comfortable flying experience. That is why many airlines made it possible for their customers to select their favorite seats before they board their flights.

3 things are important for a corporate in this regard:

(1) Airlines have different aircraft configurations with each having a different seat map. It is important for you to ensure that the system has the ability to display and book for you your preferred seat each time.

(2) The CRM should hold your preference, so each time you plan to fly, these preferences are attached to your booking without your intervention.

(3) Usually the middle seats come free, and there are charges for other types of seating. When you sign-up with IncBuddy, we provide corporate fares, that come with free seating.

For example for the A321 Indigo flight (subj to change), if you want a seat with extra legroom in row number 1, then you will have to pay a fee of Rs 1,000. For rows 2 and 3, you have to pay a fee of Rs 400 for each seat. For rows 4 to 15, you have to a fee of Rs 250 for each seat. Then for rows 16 and 26, you have to pay Rs 250 for both window/aisle seats but the middle seat comes for free. For rows 17, 18, 27 you have to pay Rs 900 for each of the seats.

Ensure, that you are saving all the way, and most of all, your traveler is happy that everything was done for him.
